Welcome to the 2019 Mechanics' Institute Rapid Championship, Presented by PRO Chess League. This will be 5 rounds, FIDE and USCF rated. Time control will be G/15 +2. GM Jon Ludvig Hammer has confirmed entry. This event will be held on Thursday May 2, 2019.

Round 1: 6:00pm

Round 2: 6:45pm

Round 3: 7:30pm

Round 4: 8:15pm

Round 5: 9:00pm

Winner of the Championship section will be crowned the 1st Mechanics' Institute Rapid Champion.
