9:15-10:00AM: first lecture
10:00-10:30AM: tournament/games
10:30-10:45AM: break (bathroom, snacktime)
10:45-11:00AM: warmup games/wait for everyone to get back to computer
11:00-11:30AM: second lecture
11:30-12:00PM: tournaments/games/puzzle competition
